We are a small kennel located on a cash crop farm in Southwestern Ontario. We are fairly new to the breed having acquired our first ACD in October of 2000 after doing much research on what would be the best breed for us. We love the ACD for its loyalty, sense of humor, and size. After having Dobermans for 30 years it was becoming apparent to me that they were getting too big for me to handle and it was time to down size. I wanted a dog that would match the Dobe in spirit and energy. I got it right. On a cold October day in 2000 we got our first ACD, a 6 month old juvenile delinquent. He was to just be a pet here on the farm and to watch over us while my husband, Glen, who is an over the road truck driver, was away. Then came the invitation to Cowtown in 2001 and we decided to show Billy Ray. Well, that was the start of where we are today. We got the show bug. Not only that but we met some great ACD people and have made some good friends along the way. Our dogs have become our passion in the show ring, herding arena, or just hanging out in the family room watching TV. Our dogs are a part of our family.

We have been very lucky to have a couple of extraordinary mentors to help us along the way. Our dogs are tested for hips/elbows, baer and PRA. If we consider breeding any of our dogs it will be to dogs that have also been tested, and will bring the best they have to offer to what will compliment our dogs. If and when we do have a litter it will be sold on a contract guaranteeing its health and temperament. I am a member of the ACDCC, the ACDAEC, and a code of ethics breeder. My dogs are like my kids and therefore the pups will be like my grandkids. Loved and raised with all the best.
